Gurus of Navara Yoga School from other traditions

Navara Yoga School it’s officially transmiting the Yoga teachings from many initiatic lineages from India and Himalayas:  

VEDULA SATYANANDA RAO

Dr. Shri Vedula Satyananda Rao was a great yogi, direct guru of Shri Guru Navara. He was a direct disciple of the divine guru Ramlal Prabhuji, one of the greatest yogi who ever lived in India. After de mahasamadhi of Ramlal Prabhuji, Shri V.S. Rao became a direct disciple of Swami Sivananda Saraswati from Rishikesh. He was authorised by both these masters to transmit their lineages.  
In the last part of his life he moved in USA where he founded the High-Tech Yoga Institute. He was considered an authority in Yoga and in Advaita Vedanta of Shankara, in whose lineage he was named acharya. 
In 2002 Shri Vedula Satyananda Rao granted to Guru Navara the title of Yoga Master and authorized him officially to transmit integrally all the teachings that he received from his masters. This way Guru Navara became his officially successor in all these initiatic lineages.  

YOGESHVAR SHRI CHANDRA MOHAN JI

 Yogeshwar Shri Chandra Mohanji Maharaj (1907-1990) was a great yogi, a siddha yogi, who aside of his spiritual realization, possesed spiritual powers. He was a direct disciple of Ramlal Prabhuji and he brought Vedula Satyananda Rao to his master. He also taught master Rao, but he brought him to his own master, in order to receive directly from him the highest teachings and authorisations. Shri Chandramohanji was considered one the greatest yogi during his time. He is an important master in the guru paramparas of Guru Navara, who received all the authorisations to teach his lineage. 

RAMLAL PRABHUJI

Ramlal Prabhuji - Navara School

Shri Ramlal Prabhuji (1888-1938) was an extraordinary yoghi, considered one of the greatest masters that India ever had. He was not only an enlightened yogi, but he had great spiritual powers (maha siddhis). He has the capacity to materialise objects, to levitate, to be present simultaneously in different places, the resurected deads, he healed miraculously different diseases, he granted enlightenment to some persons. He practiced and transmited Ashtanga Yoga of Patanjali, Hatha Yoga of Gorakshanath, Maha Siddha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. He is one of the most venerated gurus in Navara School, of whose protector he is. His initiatic lineage is transmited integrally in Navara School through his direct disciple Vedula Satyananda Rao, who was in turn the direct guru of Guru Navara. This way Ramlal Prabhuji is the Paramguru of Guru Navara.

SWAMI SIVANANDA SARASWATI

Swami Sivananda Saraswati (1887-1963) it was one of the most famous yogis from the 20th century, contributing in an esential way to the spreading of yoga in the world, through his books and through his disciples. A physician, he established himself at Rishikesh in the north of India, becomming a monk, swami, in the Saraswati branch of the lineage of the famous spiritual teacher Shankara, the main representative of Advaita Vedanta (Absolute Monism) stream. He taught and spread all the classical forms of Yoga (Raja, Bhakti, Jnana, Karma, Mantra), and rehabilitated reabilitat Tantra, Kundalini Yoga and he gave a new impulse to the spreading of Hatha Yoga.  One of his direct disciples, Vedula Satyananda Rao, transmited integrally his lineage and teachings to Guru Navara, autorizing him in 2002 to transmit integrally his teachings, that include Integral Yoga, Tantra, Kriya Yoga of Mahavatar Babaji, Advaita Vedanta of Shankara, etc.

SHANKARA

Shankara is considered the most important spiritual teacher from Hinduism, being the main exponent of Advaita Vedanta tradition, that it’s teaching the nondual teaching from Vedas and Upanishads, in which he is affirming the absolute identity and unity between the individual spirit (atman) and the universal spirit (Brahman). His influence was overhelming over the philosophical thinking and the spiritual life in India during the next centuries. His lineages it’s officially transmited in Navara School through Guru Navara, who was authorised by Vedula Satyananda Rao to teach it. 

MAHAVATAR BABAJI

Mahavatar Babaji it’s a living legend among the Yoga masters, being  considered a great avatar (Mahavatar) of God and a guru of some of the most important Yoga masters during the history (Shankara, Kabir, Lahiri Mahasaya, Swami Sivananda, etc.). Considered immortal, living from centuries in his body that looks always young and untouched by the age, Mahavatar Babaji is mastering all the spiritual powers, among whom the capacity to materialise objects, to dematerialise his physical body, bilocation, the healing of grave diseases, the resurection of deads, etc. He is one of the specific gurus of Navara School, of whose protector he is. His teaching, Kriya Yoga, about whom it’s speaking Paramahansa Yogananda in his book Autobiography of a yogi, it’s transmited in Navara School through Guru Navara.

SHIRDI SAI BABA

Shirdi Sai Baba was one of the most special Gurus from India, being considered an avatar (divine incarnation). The miracles done during his life and after, made him to be one of the most valued saints from India, being invoked as a protector both by hindus and by muslims. He is one of the most venerated Gurus in Navara School, of whose protector he is. His teachings is transmited in Navara School through Guru Navara.

SWAMI RAMA FROM HIMALAYA

Swami Rama from Himalayas was one of the rarest yoga masters truly realised from the 20th century. He studied Advaita Vedanta and Vidya Yoga from the age of three in Himalayas with his master Bengali Baba. After he atained the spiritual realization, he was sent by his master in occident to spread Yoga. He demonstrated that he was able to stop at will his heart and he was able to modify the vital functions, during medical experiments realised at the Menningen Foundation, USA. Guru Navara was initiated in his lineage by one of his direct disciples, member of the monastic order Swami.

SWAMI GITANANDA

Swami Gitananda was one of the most well known yogis of the 20th century. He practiced different types of Yoga, including  Kriya Yoga from the north and the south of India. He transmited the Rishi Ancient Culture (The Wises of India). Guru Navara was initiated in his lineage and transmited the teachings in Navara School.

YOGI BHAJAN

Yogi Bhajan was a representative Yoga master of the 20th century, spreading in occident the Kundalini Yoga from the Sikkh tradition. His School it’s very spread and well known in occident, having many adepts, that are practicing  Kundalini Yoga as it was taught to them by Yogi Bhajan. That is including Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Mantra Yoga, etc. The influence from Sikkhism it’s considerable. Guru Navara was initiated in his lineage and he transmited these teachings in Navara School.

CHAITANYA MAHAPRABHU

Chaitanya Mahaprabhu it’s considered in India to be an avatar (divine incarnation). He evidentiated the worship of God the Heavenly Father named Krishna and that of the Divine Mother named Radha. The path taught by Chaitanya is Bhakti Yoga, the Yoga of Adoration or of the Divine Love. Through the Grace of God, the devotee, that is singing unceasingly the Name of the Lord, will be saved and after the death will be reborn in Goloka Vrindavana, the Kingdom of the Heavenly Father, Krishna. Guru Navara was initiated in the lineage of Chaitanya and he transmited his teachings in Navara School.

Guru Navara is transmitting the teaching from many other Gurus and Spiritual Masters.
