Română NAVA-NITA (or NITA) – THE BASIC STAGE IN NAVARA
Nava-Nita is the specific and basic stage of practice in Navara, consisting in nine main levels.
Of these nine levels, the first three levels are for attaining The Enlightenment, while the superior others are reserved for already enlightened beings.
The Nine Levels:
First the disciple is given the Initiation of Entering Navara (similar to Baptism) and a spiritual name. At this point he is accepted as a member of Navara School and thus a disciple of Guru Navara.
Then the disciple will learn the 9 levels of Navara.
1st Level (Perfecting the Astral Body)
- At this level the devotee will learn very powerful teachings in order to purify the physical, astral and mental levels of being. Will work with special mantras, with energies, will learn advanced techniques of meditation. Special attention is given to the purification, control and development the astral body, including the purification of the energies, chakras, nadis. The disciple will learn the correct Kriya Yoga (a special preparation for Kundalini Yoga) as received directly from God, not the degraded forms that can be found today. In addition, the practitioner will also learn the traditional Kriya Yoga of Mahavatar Babaji, as taught in the lineage of Yogananda Paramahansa and the higher levels of Vajrayana Buddhism, like Kriya Yoga, Charya Yoga, Yoga Tantra or Maha Yoga. As a consequence, the disciple will become free of sins and karma and, naturally, will experience the Astral World, will achieve advanced extrasensory perception, see the aura, chakras and spirits. He will be able to see the Lord in the Heavens.
2nd Level (Perfecting the Causal Body)
- At this level the disciple will receive the most advanced teachings of mind control known on the Earth at this moment. The teachings are focused especially on the Causal Body and Causal World, which is the world of the higher Heavens. Extremely high teachings are taught at this level, very little known or completely unknown on the earth. Advanced Kundalini Yoga, The Six Yogas of Naropa, Anu Yoga, Dzog-chen, Mahamudra, and other superior types of traditional yogas will also be taught. As a consequence, the devotee will experience the high Paradise of Angels, will become a saint, will control Kundalini and gain the Divine Grace and extraordinary psychic powers.
3rd Level (Achieving Enlightenment in the Pure Trancendental Realm)
- At this level the devotee is very advanced. He will learn the out-of-body experience, then the near-death experience, then he will see God and will unite with Him, experiencing Enlightenment (Boddhi, Nirvikalpa Samadhi) and Liberation (Moksha, Nirvana), the ultimate goal of Yoga, Buddhism and all religions.
Levels Above 3rd (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)
- These extremely high levels are reserved for the already enlightened masters, helping them to reach higher states of Divine Consciousness. These extremely high states of spirituality are taught only in Navara.
